What will I be charged for the service that Pink Flamingo Home Loans provides?
We do not charge our clients as the banks pay us an ongoing amount of commission to look after you. Bank Fees and Government fees apply.
What are the key features and benefits of the service?
We take the guesswork out of finding a loan that is suited to your needs and we have a large number of lenders that we research to give you a choice that’s personalised to you. We work with the bank to get an outcome for your application and we also liaise with other professionals like your solicitor or accountant to make the processes run as smoothly as possible. Once you have a loan through our service then you will also benefit from regular loan reviews performed by our service.
How can we engage your services?
Simon can visit you at home, organise a Zoom meeting, or you can visit him at his office. We make it your choice how you interact with us.
How does the service work or what is the process involved?
We sit down with you to talk through what you would like to achieve. We then collate all your information and present a preliminary assessment showing you different options available based on our conversations. If you’re happy to proceed then we organise application documents and submit the loan with the lender and see the processes to the end.
